# How it works
On every mob spawn the server rolls the dice and with a small chance turns it into a champion. A champion is marked with a red circle under its feet and the «Champ #N» title, has boosted stats, increased loot and a fixed chance to drop Silver Shilen (
). Champions are passive — they don't aggro first, but they hit back hard in combat.
There are three rarity tiers (#2, #3, #4) with different multipliers for stats, EXP/SP, drop and adena. The rarer the tier — the more powerful the mob and the higher the chance of shilen drops.
# Tiers and stats
Each champion is a specific tier from the table below, not «one template with a random bonus». The total chance of encountering any champion is ~1.75%, i.e. roughly 1 in 57 mobs on the farm.

# Silver Shilen drop
On top of the regular mob loot (multiplied by the tier's drop multiplier), champions drop Silver Shilen (
). This is a separate guaranteed chance, unrelated to the mob's standard drop table — i.e. the shilens drop on top of the regular loot.
